Trustnex ("we", "us") operates the trustnex.io website and the Trustnex IoT data integrity platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
This information is sent to us via a secure notification system so we can respond to your inquiry.
We use Umami, a privacy-focused, open-source analytics platform hosted on our own infrastructure (analytics.trustnex.io). It does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track visitors across websites. All data is anonymized and aggregated. No individual visitor can be identified. Umami is fully GDPR compliant.
The Trustnex platform processes cryptographic hashes of IoT telemetry data (~200 bytes per record). We do not store your raw measurement data. Device public keys are stored for signature verification. All data processing is limited to what is necessary for the integrity verification service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact form submissions are delivered to us via encrypted channels. Platform data is stored in encrypted databases with access limited to authorized personnel. All connections use TLS encryption.
