By accessing trustnex.io ("the Website") or using the Trustnex platform ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Service.
Trustnex provides an IoT data integrity verification platform. The Service processes cryptographic hashes of telemetry data, verifies digital signatures, aggregates data into Merkle trees, and anchors proofs to a public blockchain. The Service does not store raw telemetry data.
The Service is intended for businesses and organizations. By using the Service, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
Access to the platform is provided through API keys issued during onboarding. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Service processes only cryptographic hashes — your raw data remains under your control.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and trademarks, remain with Trustnex. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service under these terms.
Data anchored to a public blockchain is immutable by design. Once a Merkle root is recorded, it cannot be modified or deleted by Trustnex or any third party. This is a feature of the Service, not a limitation.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. Signed data is buffered on-device during outages and processed when connectivity resumes.
Trustnex provides the Service "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trustnex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate use of the Service at any time. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked. Data already anchored to the blockchain remains verifiable indefinitely, as it exists on the public ledger independently of Trustnex.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Trustnex is established.
